【摘要】 目的探讨临床尿管置入的最佳时机,为提高护理质量,减轻患者痛苦提供帮助。方法将76例需要留置导尿的择期手术患者按随机双盲原则分为膀胱充盈组(37例)和膀胱空虚组(39例),比较两组首次留置尿管后的尿量、尿管留置时间及拔管后前三天膀胱刺激征和不良反应的发生情况。结果首次留置尿管后膀胱充盈组尿量为(293.24±98.41)ml,空虚组为(97.31±88.06)ml,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);留置尿管时间分别为充盈组(22.70±13.94)h,空虚组(20.77±6.32)h,拔除尿管后首次尿量则分别为充盈组(297.84±98.92)ml,空虚组(262.05±92.09)ml,组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);膀胱刺激征发生率,充盈组在第1、2、3天分别为15、6例和2例,空虚组分别为27、15例和5例,两组患者在留置尿管后第1、2天膀胱刺激征发生率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论膀胱充盈状态下留置尿管能减少尿管拔除后膀胱刺激征发生率,可在临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the opportunity of urinary catheter placement,improve the quality of care and reduce patient suffering.Methods 76 elective surgery patients requiring catheterization were randomly divided into bladder filling group and bladder empty group.The volume of urine after the first time urinary catheter indwelling,duration of urinary retention,the incidence of bladder irritation after the first three days urinary catheter extubation and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The volume of urine after urinary catheter indwelling of bladder filling group and empty group were 293.24±98.41 ml and 97.31±88.06 ml(P<0.05).The duration of urinary catheter placement in bladder filling group and empty group were 22.70±13.94 hours and 20.77±6.32 hours.The volume of urine after catheter removal of bladder filling group and empty group were 297.84±98.92 ml and 262.05±92.09(P>0.05).The patients had no adverse reactions.Conclusion Indwelling urinary catheter under the state of bladder filling can reduce the incidence of bladder irritation.更多还原
