【摘要】 目的研究盒灸对前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛患者膀胱痉挛与出血的影响。方法将72例已行前列腺电切术发生膀胱痉挛的住院病人,按入院顺序随机分为两组,治疗组使用盒灸加常规护理,对照组使用常规护理。实际完成试验72例,其中治疗组34例,对照组38例,均每天盒灸两次,连续盒条3天观察疗效。结果盒灸护理法在改善前列腺电切术后患者膀胱痉挛及出血情况方面,治疗组优于对照组,相关指标比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论盒灸是改善患者前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛及出血情况的一种操作简便、无痛苦、费用低廉、易于推广的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research box moxibustion on cystospasm after transurethral resection of the prostate.Methods 72 patients with cystospasm after transurethral resection of the prostate were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional care.The treatment group was treated with box moxibustion.The effects were observed.Results Box moxibustion demonstrated advantages on cystospasm and bleeding(P<0.05).Conclusion Box moxibustion care is improved in patients with prostate electric resection of bladder spasm,pain and bleeding.更多还原
