【摘要】 目的观察断指再植术后系统性、计划性康复治疗等早期综合康复治疗对患者功能恢复的效果。方法选取我院2011年4月~2012年3月84例断指再植患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例,观察组采用运动康复治疗为主,辅以理疗、作业疗法及感觉训练等系统综合的康复训练,最早由术后2周介入康复治疗;对照组采取常规康复训练。全部病例术后行康复训练超过2个月,分别采用总活动度测定(TAM)法和两点辨别觉(2-PD)进行评估,对84例患者出院后的工作情况进行跟踪和调查。结果术后随访6个月~1年,比较两组患者的患指功能恢复程度和患者满意度,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论恢复良好的手功能以成功的手术为前提,创面和骨折的一期愈合,正确的个性化康复治疗措施,及时评估及调整相应治疗方案,早期系统的康复治疗有助于断指再植术后患者的手功能和职业能力的恢复,值得在临床上应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the replantation systematic,planned rehabilitation therapy in patients with early comprehensive rehabilitation on functional recovery effect.Methods 84 patients with finger replantation were randomly divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(42 cases).The patients of observation group were treated with exercise rehabilitation therapy,physical therapy,occupational therapy and sensory training systems and rehabilitation.The patients of control group were treated with exercise rehabilitation therapy.The total activity(TAM)and the two-point discrimination(2-PD)were observed.Results Patients were followed up for 6 months to 1year,the functional recovery and patient satisfaction of two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The correct individualized rehabilitation measures can help the rehabilitation of the system replantation surgery hand function in patients after recovery and vocational ability.更多还原
