【摘要】 目的探讨牙周炎与类风湿性关节炎之间的病因学联系。方法电子检索Medline(OVID,1950~2013年9月)、Cochrane图书馆临床随机对照试验库(CENTRAL,2013年第9期)、荷兰医学文摘(EMBASE,1984年~2010年9月)、中国生物医学文献数据库(1978~2013年9月)、CNKI数据库和维普中文期刊数据库,同时手检相应的中文口腔期刊,收集有关牙周炎与类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)相关性的相关文献。两位研究者独立对文献进行筛选并对文献进行质量评价和数据提取。采用Revman5.0.23对数据结果进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入6篇文献(5篇英文,1篇中文),纳入研究对象3156名,其中病例组285名。Meta分析结果显示,合并OR值为4.64,95℅可信区间为3.18~6.78,且总体效应检验具有统计学意义(Z=7.95,P<0.00001),说明牙周炎与RA具有显著相关性。结论牙周炎和RA之间存在较为显著的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relationship between periodontitis and rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The electronic search was conducted to find the issue focusing on the association between periodontitis and rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in Medline(OVID,1950-2013Sep),CENTRAL(2013,Issue 9),EMBASE(1984-2013Sep),CBM(1978-2013 Sep),CNKI and VIP chinese database.Two investigators selected included trials,evaluated the quality of them and collected their data individually.Revman 5.0.23 was applied for the Meta-analysis of data.Results Six trials met the inclusion criteria(5 English research and 1Chinese research),including 3156 participants,285 of them with RA.The result of Meta-analysis showed that Odds ratio is 4.64 with a 95% Confidence Interval(3.18-6.78),and the overall effect inspection is meaningful(Z=7.95,P<0.00001),which showed the significant correlation between periodontitis and RA.Conclusion Periodontitis and RA have a significant correlation.更多还原
