【摘要】 目的探讨分析子宫内膜异位症(EM)术后复发的相关因素,从而指导个体化治疗。方法分析医院妇科收治的140例EM患者手术治疗的临床资料,术后随访两年,观察患者的年龄、术中与术后按美国生育学会制定的EM分期标准(R-AFS评分)、手术治疗方式以及术后药物治疗4项指标,同时随访记录复发情况和复发时间,将所得数据进行统计学分析,从而探寻EM术后复发的相关因素。结果随访两年共有40例患者复发(28.57%),第1年22例复发,复发率为15.7%。分析显示:患者处于生育年龄、R-AFS评分偏高、保守性手术治疗方式及术后未用药治疗是危险性相关因素;而患者年龄>40岁、R-AFS评分偏低、根治性手术治疗方式及术后给予孕激素治疗6个月是保护性相关因素。结论 EM术后复发的危险因素为患者年龄、EM分期、手术治疗方式以及术后是否用药治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study related factors of recurrence of endometriosis(EM)and guide individualized treatment.Methods 140patients with EM were retrospectively.All patients were performed surgical treatment and postoperative follow-up of two years.The patient’s age,intraoperative and postoperative EM staging standards promulgated by the American fertility society(R-AFS score),surgical treatment and postoperative medication 4indicators,follow-up records of relapse and recurrence time were observed.Results Followed up 2years,a total of 40patients with recurrence.The recurrence rate of the first year was 15.7%.The recurrence rate of the second year was 28.6%.Statistical analysis showed that the reproductive age and high R-AFS score non-conservative surgical treatment and postoperative medication treatment were risk factors.older than 40years and low R-AFS score,radical surgical treatment and 6 months postoperatively therapy were protective factors.Conclusion EM factors relative to postoperative recurrence include patient age,EM staging,surgical treatment and postoperative medication treatment.更多还原
