【Abstract】 Objective To investigate influence of Tort Liability Law to management of medical appliance.Methods In terms of relevant regulations of Tort Liability Law,the thesis analyzes two cases of medical dispute.Results Two medical disputes were properly handled.Conclusion Under Tort Liability Law,medical organization and enterprise should fulfill the management of medical instrument quality so as to guarantee patient’s safety in use.更多还原
