【摘要】 目的观察胃肠肿瘤患者手术后早期肠内营养并发症的发生情况,分析原因并制定相应的护理措施。方法 2011年7月至2014年3月154例接受根治性手术并术后早期肠内营养的胃肠肿瘤患者,观察早期肠内营养并发症的发生情况并采取相应的护理干预措施。结果154例患者中,并发症总发生率为18.07%,其中腹泻12例(7.79%),恶心、呕吐、腹胀6例(3.89%),营养管堵塞及脱落各2例(各1.3%),高血糖6例(3.87%),误吸1例(0.65%),经积极处理后均成功实施肠内营养。结论早期肠内营养的并发症受多因素影响,经临床及时处理,大多数可好转或治愈,有效的预防措施是降低并发症发生的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the complications of postoperative early enteral nutrition(EN)and summarize nursing experience of early EN in gastrointestinal cancer patients after radical operations.Methods From July 2011 to June 2014,154 gastrointestinal cancer patients received radical operations and early EN in our department.The complications related to early EN were observed and corresponding nursing intervention measures were taken.Results The overall complication rate of early EN was 18.07%,including diarrhea in 12 cases;nausea,vomiting and abdominal distension in six cases,catheter occlusion in two cases and catheter fall-off in two cases,high blood glucose in six cases and aspiration in one case.With active and proper clinical nursing,all patients finished early enteral nutrition successfully.Conclusion The complications of early enteral nutrition in gastrointestinal cancer patients after radical operations are influenced by multiple factors.Correct and timely clinical managements could efficiently lower the complication,and prevention is the key.更多还原
