超微粉碎技术在固肠止泻丸生产中的应用

【摘要】 目的研究超微粉碎技术在固肠止泻丸生产中的应用。方法采用超微粉碎技术将原料粉碎成成细粉、微粉和超微粉,制成固肠止泻丸样品,测定微生物限度、溶散时限和盐酸小檗碱含量。结果用微粉和超微粉制成产品,固肠止泻丸溶散时限缩短,有效成分的含量和转移率提高,微生物限度指标符合标准规定。结论超微粉碎技术应用于固肠止泻丸原料粉碎过程,有利于提高产品质量和疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of superfine grinding technology in the production ofGuchang Zhixie pills. Methods the superfine grinding technology will crush the raw material into fine powder,powder and superfine powder,Guchang Zhixie pills made of samples,determination of microbial limit,time limit of dissolve and the content of berberine hydrochloride. Results by using the powder and ultra micro powder products,Guchang Zhixie pills and dissolving time shortened,the content and transfer rate of effective components increase,microbiologicalindicators meet the prescribed standards. Conclusion the application of superfine pulverizing technology in Guchang Zhixie pill crushing process,to improve the quality of products and efficacy.
