【摘要】 目的确定独一味较为合理的药性、功效及用量用法。方法通过对有关独一味的古今文献查阅、梳理,并进行分析研究。结果入药部位有根及根茎、全草与地上部分三种情况;药味记载有苦、甘涩、苦辛、甘苦之不同;四气有温、微寒、寒、平之异;毒性有标小毒与未标两种情况;用量记载散剂3~6 g,入煎剂有10~15 g、6~12 g、2~3 g等不同。结论独一味入药部位以全草为宜,药性当为辛、苦、涩,平,归肝经;应补充祛风除湿之功效,用量入煎剂以6~9 g为宜,浸酒或入散剂为3~6 g。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the efficacy of Lamiophlomis rotata reasonable drug properties,function,and usage.Methods Through the ancient and modern literature of Lamiophlomis rotata consult,carding,analysis. Results The location of medicine have roots and rhizomes,all the grass and ground part have three cases; taste bitter,astringent sweet,bitter-pungent,sweat- bitter; four qi have warm,slightly cold,cold,flat differences; toxicity have little poison and non standard two cases; dosage of powder is 3 g ~ 6 g records,decoction is 10 ~ 15 g,6 ~ 12 g,2 ~ 3 g and so on. Conclusion Lamiophlomis rotata use the whole grass to be the medicinal parts is appropriate,resistance when pungent,bitter,astringent,flat,belongs to liver meridian; which should dispel wind and damp,amount to 6 ~ 9 g is appropriate,wine or dip into the powder is 3 ~ 6 g.更多还原
