T~2*-mapping成像用于骶髂关节软骨成像的初步研究

【摘要】 目的:采用T2*-mapping成像定量分析正常骶髂关节(SIJ)软骨T2*弛豫时间值,探讨磁共振T2*-mapping成像用于青年健康志愿者SIJ软骨研究的可行性。材料与方法:利用T2*-mapping成像对30名青年健康志愿者行5回波GRE序列双侧SIJ斜冠状面扫描,运用T2*图测量30例骶侧软骨平均T2*弛豫时间值,并进行统计学分析。结果:30名青年健康志愿者骶侧软骨T2*弛豫时间值平均为17.15±3.26 ms。30名正常青年健康志愿者中,15名男性和15名女性骶侧软骨T2*弛豫时间值分别约为18.66±3.17 ms和15.65±2.62 ms,差异有统计学意义(t=4.005,P<0.05)。30名正常青年健康志愿者中,左侧和右侧骶侧软骨T2*弛豫时间值分别约为17.26±3.51 ms和17.05±3.04 ms,差异没有统计学意义(t=0.516,P>0.05)。结论:T2*-mapping成像可用于测量正常青年人SIJ骶侧软骨的T2*值,可为临床骶髂关节炎(SIS)疾病的诊断和研究提供参考。由于SIJ髂侧面软骨太薄,T2*-mapping成像应用于SIJ髂侧面软骨研究仍面临挑战。

【Abstract】 Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility and application value of MR T2*-mapping technique in evaluation of joint cartilage of SIJ in young healthy volunteers. Materials and Methods: A total of 30 young healthy volunteers( 15 males,15 females) during the period of December 2013 to March 2014 were enrolled randomly and quantitative T2* maps of sacroiliac articular cartilage were performed( Germany’ s Siemens Verio 3. 0 T superconducting MRI scanner). T2* relaxation times were measured in upper layer,middle of fully display synovial joints,then statistical differences were analyzed. Results: The average T2* relaxation of sacroiliac articular cartilage of sacral side for 30 young healthy volunteers was 17. 15 ± 3. 26 ms. The average T2* relaxation of sacroiliac articular cartilage of sacral side for male and female were 18. 66 ± 3. 17 ms and 15. 65 ± 2. 62 ms,respectively,there had a significant difference between males and females( t = 4. 005,P < 0. 05). The average T2* relaxation of left side and right side were 17. 26 ± 3. 51 ms and 17. 05 ±3. 04 ms,respectively,and there was not a significant difference( t = 0. 516,P > 0. 05). Conclusion: T2*-mapping can be used to measure T2* values of sacroiliac articular cartilage of sacral side,which may provide references for clinical diagnosis and research of SIS diseases. However,because sacroiliac articular cartilage of ilium side is very thin,there are still challenges for T2*-mapping imaging applied to SIJ iliac side cartilage research.
