【摘要】 目的:评价低浓度阳性对比剂在MSCT小肠造影检查中的应用价值。方法:分段口服自配肠道低浓度碘稀释液2000毫升进行肠道准备,采用多层螺旋CT容积扫描,应用多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)等后处理方式进行轴位、冠状位和矢状位二维图像。结果:34例均无不良反应及并发症,均顺利完成肠道准备和螺旋CT容积采集,肠道里对比剂均可清晰识别肠道,13例小肠充盈较好,21例小肠充盈稍欠佳,回肠充盈效果优于空肠。结论:口服低浓度阳性对比剂MSCTE是小肠疾病实用的检查方法,尤其适合基层医院应用,其临床价值较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To evaluate the value of the low concentrations of positive contrast agent in MSCT small intestine contrast examination. Methods Piecewise oral intestinal low concentrations of iodine diluted 2000 ml for bowel preparation,using multislice spiral CT for volume scan,application of multi-planar reconstruction( MPR),curved planar reconstruction( CPR) and other post-processing methods for axial,coronal and sagittal two-dimensional image processing. Results 34 cases had no adverse reactions and complications,successfully completed with bowel preparation and spiral CT volume collection,contrast agent in the intestinal can clearly identified the intestinal,13 cases of small intestinal better filling,21 cases of small intestinal filling a little poor,ileum filling effect is better than the jejunum. Conclusion Oral with low concentrations of positive contrast agent MSCTE is practical way to check intestinal diseases,especially for primary hospital applications,with high clinical value.更多还原
