脑血管周围间隙的MRI表现

【摘要】 目的:分析脑血管周围间隙好发部位及MRI表现,提高其诊断正确率。材料与方法:随机选择MRI检查发现有血管周围间隙的病例110例,均行常规MRI检查,回顾分析其发生部位、形态及MR信号特点。结果:110例血管周围间隙均为多发,形态呈圆形或椭圆形、点状、条状,边缘光滑锐利,其中有1例呈簇集状出现;发生部位包括:前联合附近92.7%(102/110)、近大脑半球凸面的半卵圆中心77.2%(85/110)、脑干14.0%(15/110)、外囊9.0%(10/110);其信号在所有MR系列与脑脊液一致。结论:脑血管周围间隙各年龄段均可发生,根据其好发部位及MR信号特点可作出正确诊断。

【Abstract】 Purpose: To analyze the MR appearance of peri-vascular spaces and then improve the diagnostic accurancy rate. Materials and Methods: The MR findings of peri-vascular spaces of 110 cases were selected randomly. All patients underwent routine MR examination,the location,shape and MR signal characteristics of peri-vascular spaces were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Multiple peri-vascular spaces were found in all 110 cases. The peri-vascular spaces were shaped round,oval,dot or strip with clear borderline,including 1 case with cluster shape. The peri-vascular spaces were usually located around anterior commissure( 92. 7%,102 /110),centrum semiovale near high convex of cerebrum( 77. 2%,85 /110),brain stem( 14%,15 /110),extrame capsule( 9%,10 /110). The MR signal of peri-vascular spaces was isointense relative to CSF in all MR sequence. Conclusion: Peri-vascular spaces can be identified in all patients of all ages and they can be diagnosed correctly by the locations and MR signal characteristics.
