【Abstract】 The most difficult disease- classify coding in medical record management is to make sure the right codes in English- Chinese named diseases. To improve the speed and accuracy,medical record administrators collected more than three thousand English terms for diseases and about five thousand Chinese terms for diseases,which integrated clinical medicine,medical basic theory and International Classification Disease Coding.
