【摘要】 目的探讨全程护理干预在高龄腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中的应用效果。方法将2011年3月~2013年10月在我院行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的62例高龄患者纳入研究,2011年3月~2012年5月的31例为对照组按常规护理,2012年6月~2013年10月的31例为观察组,在常规护理基础上实施全程护理干预,比较两组患者的焦虑、血压、心率变化情况及对护理工作的满意度。结果干预前两组患者焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scales,SAS)评分、血压、心率情况无差异(p>0.05),干预后观察组的SAS评分下降,血压、心率保持稳定,满意度为100%,与对照组比较均有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论在高龄腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中实施全程护理干预,能减轻患者的焦虑情绪,使血压、心率保持稳定,保证手术的顺利完成,有效地提高患者对护理工作的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impacts of global nursing intervention on the operation in elder patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer. Methods Between 2011 and 2013,62 patients were randomly but equally divided into the intervention group and the control group. 2011 and 2012,31 patients he control group was given the conventional nursing,2012 and 2013,31 patients while the intervention group was given global nursing intervention on the basis of the conventional nursing. Retrospective analyses the differences between the two groups in anxiety,blood pressure,heart rate and satisfaction level on nursing were assessed. Results Before the intervention,the scores on self- rating anxiety scales,blood pressure and heart rate from both groups were nearly the same( p > 0. 05),but after the intervention,the scores on self- rating anxiety scales decreased,blood pressure and heart rate remained at the same level,and the satisfaction level on nursing was 100%. Compared with the control group,these changes was significant( p < 0. 01). Conclusion The global nursing intervention on the operation in elder patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer can help patients relieve anxiety and stabilize their blood pressure and heart rate,have a beneficial effect on the operation and increase the satisfaction level on nursing.更多还原
