【摘要】 目的探讨空气波压力治疗仪预防乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的效果。方法选取乳腺癌根治术后患者80例,按本研究方法前后分为对照组和实验组,每组各40例,对照组使用常规预防方法,实验组在此基础上加用空气波压力治疗仪治疗2个疗程,术后30 d比较两组患者患侧上肢淋巴水肿发生情况和水肿程度。结果实验组水肿发生例数3例(7.5%),对照组水肿发生例数12例(30.0%),实验组患侧肢体淋巴水肿发生例数和水肿程度均低于对照组(p﹤0.05)。结论使用空气波压力治疗仪可减少乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的发生,且可使水肿程度减轻,具有一定应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the preventive effect of air wave pressure treatment meter on the postoperative lymphedema of the upper limb in patients with breast cancer. Methods According to this research method 80 patients were divided into experimental group and control group( 40 cases in each group). Those in two groups both received routine methods,while the experimental group received two courses of treatment by air wave pressure treatment meter. Thirty days after the operation,compared the incidence and degree of the upper limb lymphedema between the two groups. Results The case of lymphedema in experimental group was three( 7. 5%),while the control group was twelve( 30. 0%). The incidence and degree of the upper limb lymphedema in experimental group was lower than the control group( p ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Air wave pressure treatment meter can not only significantly reduce the incidence of the upper limb lymphedema in postoperative patients with breast cancer,but also can reduce the degree of edema.更多还原
