【摘要】 目的通过用药频度(DDDs)和销售金额的变化,了解临床抗哮喘药特点与趋势。方法对我院2011~2013年抗哮喘药的DDDs等数据进行回顾性的统计与分析。结果 3年来,抗哮喘药不管是DDDs,还是销售总体均呈逐年上升趋势,各类抗哮喘药增幅有所差异,增幅最大的是白三烯(LTs)受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特。结论我院抗哮喘药临床应用日渐合理,但疗效迅速、经济实惠、使用方便的药物是哮喘患者的主要选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By the amount of DDDs and medication changes,to understand clinical anti- asthma drug characteristics and tendencies.Methods Cary out statistical analysis of some anti- asthma drugs DDDs data of our hospital from 2011 to 2013 retrospectively.Results 3 years,anti- asthma drug regardless DDDs,or sales overall showed an increasing trend.Increase in variant kinds of anti asthmatic drugs has differences,the largest is increase of leukotriene(LTs) receptor antagonist montelukast.Conclusion Anti- asthma drugs clinical applications is increasing reasonably in our hospital,but the medication effects rapidly,affordable and easy to use is the main choice of patients with asthma.更多还原
