【摘要】 目的探讨规范、有效的社区卫生服务中心医务人员急救技术培训模式。方法对南京市江宁区300名社区医务人员进行培训前考核,采取理论授课、操作练习和情景模拟的培训形式。培训后即刻和6个月后进行理论和技能考核,并与培训前加以比较,评价培训效果。结果培训后两次考核成绩均优于考核前(p<0.05),培训达到了提高社区医务人员急救水平的目标。结论社区医院医务人员的急救技术亟待提高,实用急救技术在社区医院的培训推广是其有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of practical first aid training in community health service center. Method Three hundred community medical staff in Jiangning District of Nanjing City were given a practical first aid training by the mathods of theory teaching,practice and scene simulation. The training effects were evaluated before the training,immediately after the training and 6months after the training separately. Result The two assessment results after training are better than before training( P < 0. 05). The medical technology of community medical staff was improved significantly. Conclusion The first aid technology of community medical staff needs to be improved,and the practical first aid training is an effective way.更多还原
