【摘要】 目的探讨Notch1和Jagged1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达和临床病理学意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P方法,检测80例非小细胞肺癌组织Notch1和Jagged1的表达,分析其与非小细胞肺癌各临床病理学参数之间的关系。结果非小细胞肺癌Notch1和Jagged1表达显著高于癌旁正常肺组织(P<0.01)。Notch1和Jagged1在非小细胞肺癌的表达有淋巴结转移者显著高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05),非小细胞肺癌Notch1和Jagged1表达Ⅲ和Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ期(分别P<0.01;P<0.05)。肺腺癌Jagged1表达显著高于肺鳞癌(P<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌Notch1和Jagged1的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 Notch1和Jagged1表达与非小细胞肺癌发生发展密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression and clinicopathological significance of Notch1 and Jagged1 in non-small cell lung carcinoma. Methods The expression of Notch1 and Jagged1 was detected in 80 non-small cell lung carcinoma tissues by immunohistochemical method. The relationship with all clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results The expression of Notch1 and Jagged1 in non-small cell lung carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in para-cancerous normal lung tissues(P<0.01).The expression of Notch1 and Jagged1 was significantly higher in non-small cell lung carcinomas with lymph node metastasis than in non-small cell lung carcinomas without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). It was significantly higher in stage-Ⅲ and-Ⅳ tumors than in stage-Ⅰ and-Ⅱ tumors(P<0.01; P<0.05). Adenocarcinoma of the lung had higher Jagged1 expression than squamous cell carcinoma of the lung(P<0.05). The expression of Notch1 was positively correlated with that of Jagged1 in non-small cell lung carcinomas(P<0.01). Conclusion The expression of Notch1 and Jagged1 is closely correlated with carcinogenesis and progression of non-small cell lung carcinoma.更多还原
