【摘要】 目的探讨影响细菌性食物中毒检出率的各种影响因素,为细菌性食物中毒的预防、控制、判定提供有力依据。方法查阅近年来关于细菌性食物中毒研究的文献资料,对提高细菌性食物中毒检出率进行系统的分析。结果通过分析现场流行病学调查、样品采集、实验室检验等方面存在的影响因素,以期能够有效快捷地检测出细菌性食物中毒的致病物质,提高检出率。结论加强对食物中毒知识和技能的培训,做好食物中毒标本的采集与检验,是提高食物中毒检出率的关键环节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the various factors affecting the detection rate of bacterial food poisoning, in order to provide strong basis for the prevention and control of bacterial food poisoning. Methods Bacterial food poisoning reported in the literature of recent years was consulted, and the detection rate of bacterial food poisoning was systemically analyzed. Results Through analyzing influence factors of field epidemiologic survey, sample collection, laboratory testing and so on, which were used to quickly and effectively detect bacterial food poisoning, the detection rate of pathogenic material was improved. Conclusion Strengthening the knowledge and skills of food poisoning and improving specimen collection and inspection is a key link to improve detection rate of food poisoning.更多还原
