【摘要】 目的对山东省儿童预防接种信息管理系统(Childhood Immunization Information Management System,CIIMS)运转情况进行评价,为进一步加强预防接种工作管理提供参考。方法对各预防接种门诊填报的用户档案表、省级信息管理平台客户端数据上传情况和儿童预防接种个案等进行分析。结果截至2012年底,全省CIIMS实施率以县为单位为100.00%(140/140),以乡为单位为96.73%(1 835/1 897),以门诊为单位为99.72%(2 472/2 479)。省级信息管理平台共收集儿童个案1 010.71万例,其中2007年以后出生儿童个案664.59万例,估算目标儿童管理率为102.71%。结论山东省省、市、县、乡四级联网的CIIMS已基本建成,拓宽筹资渠道,强化人员培训是促进工作可持续发展的保证;提高数据质量和利用水平是今后工作重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was to assess the working quality of Children Immunization Information Management System(CIIMS) in Shandong province, so as to provide references to strengthen the management of immunization. Methods Data of vaccination records, client information from Provincial Information Management Platform(PIMP) and individual cases of children immunization were analyzed. Results By the end of 2012, the rate of CIIMS application was 100.00%(140/140) in counties, 96.73%(1835/1897) in towns and 99.72%(2472/2479) in vaccination cites. 10.1071 million children had been immunized according to the record in PIMP, including 6.6459 million born after 2007. The estimated management rate of target children was 102.71%. Conclusion The basic construction of CIIMS had been completed in Shandong. To ensure the sustainable development of immunization, it is necessary to expand financial support and strengthen staff-training. It is important to improve the quality and the utilization rate of data.更多还原
