一起肠道致病菌复合感染的实验室检测结果分析

【摘要】 目的对玉林市某学校发生的一起感染性腹泻进行查因。方法按GB/T4789-2010、WS289-2008等方法进行致病菌检测。结果 17份腹泻病人和厨师的肛拭子标本中,有10份检出布伦登卢普沙门菌,检出率为58.8%;3份检出侵袭性大肠埃希菌(其中有2份是同时检出上述沙门菌的样本,即沙门菌和侵袭性大肠埃希菌复合感染),检出率为17.6%;2份散装矿泉水有1份检出侵袭性大肠埃希菌;2份井水未检出致病菌。结论这是一起由布伦登卢普沙门菌为主合并侵袭性大肠埃希菌感染引起的感染性腹泻疫情。

【Abstract】 Objective The study was conducted in order to indentify the causes and origins of an infectious diarrhea occurred in a school in Yulin recently. Methods Laboratory identification of pathogen was performed according to the infectious diarrhea diagnosis standard GB/T4789-2010 and WS289-2008. Results Among 17 anus swabs from the patients and the cooks, Bloom’s loop salmonella was identified from 10 samples, resulting in a positive rate of 58.8%; invasive Escherichia coli was identified from three samples(two samples were mixed infection of both salmonella and invasive Escherichia coli), resulting in a positive rate of 17.6%; one of the two unpackaged mineral water samples was found to contain invasive Escherichia coli; no pathogen was identified from the two samples of well water. Conclusion This case was an infectious diarrhea epidemic caused by mixed infection of Bloom’s loop salmonella and invasive Escherichia coli.
