SSAO及其抑制剂氨基脲在3T3-L1分化过程中对葡萄糖转运的影响
Influence of semicarbazide sensitive amine oxidase and its inhibitor semicarbazide on the the glucose transport in the differentiation of 3T3-L1 cells
【摘要】 氨基脲敏感胺氧化酶可以氧化伯胺,主要表达于脂肪细胞,参与包括葡糖糖转运和脂肪转化多种细胞过程,高活性水平的氨基脲敏感胺氧化酶与糖尿病,动脉粥样硬化和中风等疾病有关,因此,研究氨基脲敏感胺氧化酶和它的抑制剂作为治疗靶点正逐渐成为热点。
【Abstract】 Semicarbazide-sensitive amine oxidase(SSAO), involved in the oxidation of primary amines, is abundantly expressed in adipocytes and participates in many cell processes, including glucose transport or fat conversion. High activity levels of this enzyme are associated with diabetes, atherosclerosis or stroke. It means that studies concerning SSAO and its inhibitors as a therapeutic target are becoming more frequent.
