超临界CO2流体萃取分离广东紫珠总黄酮的研究

【摘要】 目的研究超临界CO2流体提取广东紫珠中总黄酮的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验,考察提取压力、温度、时间以及夹带剂用量对广东紫珠中总黄酮化合物提取率的影响。结果超临界CO2流体提取广东紫珠总黄酮化合物最佳工艺条件为:压力40 MPa、温度40℃、时间1 h、夹带剂用量为4.5 mL·g-1,最佳条件下总黄酮提取率为6.27%,含量为65.21%。结论超临界CO2流体提取广东紫珠总黄酮工艺简单、提取率高。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the technology of supercritical fluid CO2 extraction(SFE CO2) on flavonoids from Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun.METHODS The effects of pressure,temperature,time and volume of entrainer on flavonoids extracts were studied by orthogonal test.The optimum condition for SFE CO2 was determined.RESULTS The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:pressure 40.0 MPa,temperature 40 ℃,time 1.0 h and absolute ethyl alcohol entrainer,content 4.5 mL·g-1 materials.The yield of flavonoids was 6.27%,and the content was 65.21%.CONCLUSION The optimum extraction has high extraction ratio of flavonoids.The optimum extraction is reasonable and practicable.
