基于高斯过程的稳健工艺优化在注射成型过程中的应用
Application of Robust Process Optimization Based on Gaussian Process in Injection Molding
【摘要】 提出一种注射成型的稳健工艺优化方法,在高斯建模的同时采用自适应典型相关分析方法把工艺参数分类为主要参数和次要参数,再针对主要参数建立稳健优化模型;分别对目标函数和约束条件加入波动量,同时优化均值和方差2个目标得到稳健的工艺参数组合,减少了噪声因素的影响。最后,选择某汽车装配件作为案例,验证了提出方法的有效性。结果表明,该稳健工艺优化方法能够有效地提高产品合格率。
【Abstract】 A robust process optimization method is applied in injection forming.The process parameters were classified as major parameters or minor parameters obtained by an adaptive canonical correlation analysis method.A robust optimization method was developed from those major parameters.And fluctuating quantity was added into both objective function and constraint conditions,so that the robust process parameters could be obtained by optimizing both mean and variance at the same time.An auto assembly part was taken as an example to validate the proposed method.The results indicate that the proposed method can effectively improve the qualification rate.
