片状纳米Cu/LDPE复合薄膜制备及性能研究

【摘要】 通过熔融共混和吹塑薄膜技术,制得一种新型片状纳米铜粉/低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)复合薄膜。通过傅立叶红外谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热失重(TG)和盐雾测试等研究手段,研究了片状纳米铜粉加入及其加入量对薄膜防腐、耐热、力学等性能的影响。结果表明:片状纳米铜粉的加入对LDPE的防腐性能有较大的提升;同时,复合薄膜的耐热性能及力学性能也得到提高;随着片状纳米铜粉加入量的增加,耐热性能及力学性能呈先增大后降低的趋势,当片状纳米铜粉加入质量分数为5%时,复合薄膜的综合性能最佳。

【Abstract】 A novel composite film,nano flake copper/low density polyethylene(Cu/LDPE)nanocomposite,was prepared via melt-blend and film blowing technique.FTIR,XRD,SEM,TG and salt spray test were employed to character the resultant nanocomposites.The influence of the presence and its dosage of nano flake copper on the anticorrosion,heat resistance,mechanical properties and other properties of the composite films was studied.The results show that the introduction of nano flake copper into LDPE improves significantly the anticorrosion properties of the polymer.At the meantime,the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the composite films are also enhanced.With the increase of the amount of filler,heat resistance and mechanical properties show the tendency of first increasing and then reducing.Comprehensive performance of the composite films is optimal when the mass ratio of nano flake copper is 5%.
