【摘要】 本文利用可视化工具VOSviewer和CiteSpace对虚拟社区用户行为的研究进行了可视化分析,通过对该领域的主要研究机构、研究热点、作者共被引以及文献共被引的分析,绘制出虚拟社区用户行为研究发展的知识图谱,从而得到虚拟社区用户行为研究领域的具有影响力的作者、重要研究机构和代表性文献,论文还进一步展现出虚拟社区用户行为研究的热点领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using information visualization technique VOSviewerand CiteSpace,this paper made visualization analysis ofuser behavior research in virtual community. Through analyzing the main institution,research front,co- citation author and co- citationDocument,this paper drew the mapping knowledge domain of international virtual community user behavior research. The results revealed the influential authors,important research institutions and representative literatures in this fields. Furthermore,it also revealed the hot research field of international virtual community user behavior research.更多还原
