【摘要】 目的了解医护人员对白血病患儿化疗期间不适症状的感知状况,为制订干预措施提供依据。方法采用自行设计的白血病患儿化疗不适症状问卷,对61名医护人员进行调查。结果医护人员认为白血病患儿化疗期间的主要不适症状依次为脱发、食欲下降、恶心及呕吐、口腔炎、发热、疲乏等。结论白血病患儿化疗期间不适症状较为常见,需要综合考虑患儿的不适症状,制订和实施全方位的护理措施,提高患儿的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the perceptions of medical staff about chemotherapeutic symptoms in children with leukemia.Method Sixty-one doctors and nurses were involved in the investigation using a self-designed questionnaire on uncomfortable symptom scale.Result The main symptoms of chemotherapy included hair loss,poor appetite,nausea,vomiting, oral mucositis and fatigue.Conclusion Chemotherapeutic symptoms are common in children with leukemia and need appropriate nursing management.更多还原
