疏血通对COPD合并低氧肺动脉高压患者NO和CO的调节作用研究

【摘要】 目的观察疏血通对COPD合并低氧肺动脉高压(HPH)患者NO和CO的调节作用。方法将76例COPD合并HPH患者随机分为观察组和对照组,2组患者均给予相同的常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予疏血通注射液静滴,2组均治疗4周。结果 2组治疗后CO和NO均有显著改善,但观察组上述指标改善程度显著好于对照组(P均<0.01)。2组治疗后平均体循环压(mSAP)、平均肺动脉压(mPAP)和舒张期右室前壁厚度(RAVW)均有显著改善,但观察组上述指标改善程度显著好于对照组(P均<0.01)。治疗期间2组均未见明显不良反应。结论疏血通联合西药治疗COPD合并HPH,能在分子层面上增强对CO和NO的调节作用,提高治疗效果,值得临床进一步研究。

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the regulating effect of Shuxuetong on NO and CO in the patients with COPD and hypoxia pulmonary hypertension( HPH). Methods 76 cases of patients with COPD and HPH were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and both groups were given the same routine therapy. Observation group were added with Shuxuetong injection by intravenous drip infusion on the basis of therapy above,the therapy of both groups were lasted for 4 weeks. Results After therapy,the NO and CO in both groups were improved significantly,but in observation group the improvement were more better than that of control group( all P < 0. 01). After therapy,the mSAP,mPAP and RAVW in both groups were all improved significantly,but in observation group the improvements were more better than that of the control group( all P < 0. 01). There was no obvious side-reactions in both groups during the treatment course. Conclusion Shuxuetong combined with west drugs used for the treatment of COPD and HPH,can strengthen the regulating effect of NO and CO at molecular level,enhance the clinical effect,and is worthy of more study in clinical work.
