从我国专利申请探讨己内酰胺气相重排技术
Ananalysis on vapor-phase rearrangement technique for caprolactam manufacture from viewpoint of patent application in China
【摘要】 综述了中国专利中涉及环己酮肟贝克曼气相重排生成己内酰胺的相关技术,其中包括气相重排反应体系、环己酮肟气化系统的设计、气相重排催化剂的制备、气相重排催化剂的再生等方面,并对专利的内容进行了概括和分析,为解决己内酰胺生产过程中存在的设备腐蚀、污染环境等问题提供参考。
【Abstract】 The techniques of producing caprolactam via vapor-phase Beckmann rearrangement involved in China patents are reviewed,including the vapor-phase rearrangement reaction system,the design of the cyclohexanone oxime gasification system,the preparation of the catalyst for the vapor-phase rearrangement and the regeneration of the catalyst. Furthermore,the summary and analysis on the patents are carried out to give a reference to solving equipment corrosion and environment pollution existing in the process of producing caprolactam.
