【Abstract】 Facing increasing crises,China should enhance its capability of crisis public diplomacy in safeguarding domestic and peripheral security,protecting overseas interests as well as solving international security problems.The main problems of China’s crisis public diplomacy are as follows. The comprehension of security is alienated from the need to conduct crisis public diplomacy; the normal public diplomacy is disjointed from the crisis public diplomacy; the strategies and the tactics of crisis public diplomacy are divorced. Therefore,China should deepen the awareness of diplomatic security,promote the strategic planning capability of crisis public diplomacy,push forward the normal public diplomacy to lay the strategic foundation for crisis public diplomacy,take the initiative in agenda setting,and facilitate the strategic capability to conduct crisis public diplomacy.更多还原
