桶式机械立体停车库自动控制系统设计
Design of automatic control system for barrel type mechanical parking lot
【摘要】 停车难问题是大多数城市急需解决却又非常难以解决的问题。机械立体停车设备的应用为解决停车难问题提供了很好的方法。桶式机械立体停车技术是近几年出现的新的机械立体停车技术,其存取车动作非常复杂,各个动作之间有着严格的时间和逻辑关系,升降和旋转平台都属于大惯性负载,要实现快速、准确的平层和对位非常困难,并且要有完善的安全保护功能,自动控制难度很大。针对桶式机械立体停车自动控制系统设计、选型及程序控制方法进行了较为详细的论述。
【Abstract】 The parking problem needs to be solved urgently,but it’s hard to find a way out of such a difficult issue for most cities.The application of mechanical tridimensional parking garage reveals an excellent solution to meet the parking demand.The barrel type mechanical spatial parking system as a new technology of mechanical parking emerges recently,but its action of accessing vehicles is complex.Besides there’s a strict time and logic relationship between actions.At the same time,the lift and rotary platforms have high inertia loads.It’s difficult to achieve fast and accurate leveling and position matching.In view of the perfect security protection function,the automation control task is tough.The automation control system design,selection and program control method for barrel type mechanical spatial parking system are discussed in detail.
