【摘要】 目的:探讨PDCA循环在精神科护士交接班中的应用与效果。方法:采用PDCA循环管理,应用自制《精神科护士交接班评分表》对不同住院时期的2组进行对照研究。结果:实施PDCA循环后,因交接班出现的项目缺陷明显降低(P﹤0.001),患者的满意度显著提高(P﹤0.05)。结论:应用PDCA循环管理减少了交接班项目的缺陷,提高了医疗护理质量,提高了患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application and the effect of PDCA circulation in shift changes of psychiatric nurses. Methods: Using PDCA circulation management,homemade < shift changes of psychiatric nurses Scale > was applicated,the scale was researching on the control study of the two groups of different hospitalization period. Results: After PDCA circulation was carried out,the project defects was decreased obviously in shift changes( P ﹤ 0. 001),the satisfaction of patients was improved significantly( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion: The application of PDCA circulation management could reduce the defects of the project in shift changes,and improve the quality of the medical care and the satisfaction of patients.更多还原
