【摘要】 目的:研究新的护理管理方法在老年患者中的应用效果。方法:选取本院自2012年2月~2013年10月老年人患者100例进行护理管理研究,平均分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理法,观察组采用新的护理管理法,对比较2组对护理人员的投诉率、护理质量满意度。结果:对2组调查对象投诉率和护理质量的满意度统计分析,对照组投诉例数为8例,护理满意例数为35例,投诉率为16%,满意率为70%;观察组投诉例数为0例,满意例数为50例,投诉率为0%,满意率为100%,2组患者的投诉率和满意度存在显著性差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:新的护理管理方法可以极大限度的降低安全问题的发生,有效的提高管理效果,提高老年患者护理管理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research new nursing management methods in elderly patients. Methods: Choose 100 elderly patients in our hospital from Feb. 2012 to Oct. 2013,and divide into control group and observation group averagely,control group used conventional methods of nursing care,observation group used new nursing management metohd,comparing two groups on the nursing staff complaints,satisfaction rate ofnursing quality. Results: after two groups of subjects in the rate of complaintsand satisfaction of nursing quality statistical analysis,nursing staff complaints in control group were 8 cases,nursing satisfaction were 35 cases,complaints rate was 16%,the satisfactory rate was 70%; the nursing complaint in observation group was 0,nursing satisfaction were 50 cases,complaints rate was 0%,satisfaction rate was 100%,P < 0. 05,there was statistical significance.
