【摘要】 目的:探寻注射曲普瑞林剧烈疼痛的原因,提出减轻疼痛的对策。方法:选择接受体外受精-胚胎移植中采用注射0.05mg/次曲普瑞林注射的长方案患者,将自冰箱内取出的药液立即进行注射者设为对照组,将药液取出后行合理复温再进行注射为实验组,注射后分别进行疼痛评分,并记录疼痛持续时间,并记录相关温度变化。结果:实验组疼痛评分明显降低,疼痛时间明显减少,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组在获卵率、受精率、妊娠率均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:低温存放曲普瑞林注射是引起疼痛的重要原因,将药液合理提温是减轻疼痛安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the causes of severe pain from Triptorelin injection,and to propose the relieve measures. Methods: A database was analyzed retrospectively concerning cycles performed Triptorelin injection( 0. 05mg) in GnRH- agonist long protocol in vitro fertilization- embryo transfer( IVF- ET). Cycles performed immediate injections from the refrigerator were grouped as the control group. Cycles performed the rewarming liquid injections were grouped as the experimental group. Assess the pain levels after injection,record the pain duration and measure the related temperature changes. Results: Pain level and duration in experimental group was significantly reduced,with a very significant difference( P < 0. 05). The two groups were not significantly different( P > 0. 05) in oocytes,fertilization,and pregnancy rate. Conclusion: Low temperature storage is the significant reason for Triptorelin injection pain. Implementing reasonable rewarming is a safe and effective way to relieve pain.更多还原
