【摘要】 目的:探讨早期乳腺癌应用保乳手术治疗的临床效果和安全性。方法:将我院早期乳腺癌患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予改良根治手术治疗,观察组给予保乳手术治疗,评估2组临床治疗效果及安全性。结果:观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、引流量、住院时间及并发症发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复发率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:早期乳腺癌应用保乳手术治疗的临床效果显著,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of breast- conserving surgery in treating nonage breast cancer. Methods: 60 cases with nonage breast cancer were divided into the observe group and the control group. The control group received the improving radical operation,and the observe group received the breast- conserving surgery. Results: The total rate in the observe group was more than those in control group( P < 0. 05). The operative incision length,operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage,length of stay and complication in the observe group after treatment were fewer than those in control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference on relapse rate in them( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The effect of breast- conserving surgery in treating nonage breast cancer should be obvious,so they might be worth being used.更多还原
