【摘要】 目的:通过与常规方法对比,观察壳聚糖医用膜敷料治疗糖尿病足溃疡期的效果。方法:随机将糖尿病足溃疡期患者分为两组,治疗组用壳聚糖功能性敷料治疗,对照组用1∶5 000呋喃西林溶液湿敷治疗。观察两组的疼痛程度、不良反应、创面感染情况及愈合时间。结果:治疗组换药时疼痛较轻,创面愈合时间较短,创面无感染及不良反应。结论:用功能性敷料治疗糖尿病足溃疡期安全有效,无不良反应且简便易行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe chitosan medical dressings in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer,by comparison with conventional method.Methods:The patients with diabetic foot ulcer were divided into two groups.The treatment group used chitosan medical dressings,the control group used 1:5000 furacilin solution wet compress therapy.We observed pain degree,adverse reactions,wound infection and healing time of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the pain during dressing was lighter,the wound healing time was shorter,the wound was no infection and adverse reaction.Conclusion:Functional dressing in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer stage is safe and effective,no adverse reaction and easy.更多还原
