【摘要】 目的:了解脑囊虫病引起癫痫持续状态的护理措施。方法:及早发现癫痫先兆,给予及时控制,配合医生给予抗癫痫、降颅压、吸氧、纠正电解质紊乱,采取各种护理措施,密切观察病情变化,及时给予对症处理。结果:42例中,有38例经有效治疗护理,痊愈出院。结论:脑囊虫所致癫痫持续状态经及早治疗护理,措施得当,可以痊愈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the nursing measures of cerebral cysticercosis induced in status epilepticus.Methods:We took early detection of epileptic aura,and gave timely control for the patients.We cooperated with the doctor to give antiepileptic,decreasing intracranial pressure,oxygen inhalation,correction of electrolyte imbalance and all kinds of nursing for the patients.We observed the condition changes closely,and gave timely symptomatic treatment.Results:In 42 patients,38 cases were cured by effective treatment and nursing.Conclusion:Cerebral cysticercosis induced in status epilepticus can be cured through early treatment and effective nursing measures.更多还原
