【摘要】 目的:探讨双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年移位股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:收治并获得随访的老年移位股骨颈骨折患者32例,采用双极人工股骨头置换,并进行1~3年的随访、回顾性研究。结果:平均手术时间78分钟,平均出血量230ml,平均下床时间4.5天。32例患者采用髋关节Harris评分进行评定,优12例,良17例,可2例,差1例。结论:双极人工股骨头置换术是目前治疗老年股骨颈骨折比较理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the curative effect of Bipolar artificial femoral head replacement in treatment of elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fractures.Methods:We selected 32 cases of elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fractures in 2005 to 2011.These patients were treated by bipolar artificial femoral head replacement,and 1~3 years follow-up and retrospective study.Results:The average operation time was 78 minutes,mean blood loss was 230ml,average bed time was 4.5 days.32 patients were evaluated by Harris hip score,12 cases were excellent,17 cases were good,2 cases were ok,1 case was poor. Conclusion:At present,the bipolar artificial femoral head replacement is an ideal method in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.更多还原
