【摘要】 目的:将临床护理典型案例引入护理安全教育,探讨提高临床护理安全教育的有效方法和途径。方法:对临床一线护士同时运用案例教学法与传统接受式教学法进行护理安全知识培训,对两种培训方法满意度对比分析。结果:两种培训方法在激发护士学习兴趣、提高解决实际问题能力、启发创新思维、增强防范意识等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:引入临床护理典型案例教学是一种弥补传统培训方式中理论与实践脱节,促进临床护士尽快从理论知识向实践能力转化的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The introduction of a typical case of clinical nursing care safety education,to explore effective ways and means to improve the safety of clinical nursing education.Methods:The clinical use of front-line nurses while accepting the case teaching method and traditional teaching method in nursing safety training,training methods for two kinds of satisfaction comparative analysis.Results:The two kinds of training methods to stimulate learning in the interest of nurses and improve the ability to solve practical problems,inspire innovative thinking,enhance awareness and so has significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:The introduction of clinical nursing teaching is a typical case of traditional training methods to make up between theory and practice in an effective way as soon as clinical nurses from theoretical knowledge to practical ability to promote transformation.更多还原
