【摘要】 目的:了解辖区幼托机构儿童健康状况,针对问题提出干预措施。方法:成立"六一"体检小组,按标准完成规定检查,分析体检资料。结果:在园儿童平均年龄(5.0±1.1)岁,身高(106.1±8.3)cm,体重(18.3±4.5)kg。男女童肥胖率差异有显著性,低体重、发育迟缓、消瘦男女童患病率差异无统计学意义;0~2岁、3~5岁、≥6岁年龄组儿童患病率差异有统计学意义。贫血率11.4%,龋齿率62.2%,男童包茎率23.8%。结论:针对性系统管理,完善健康教育,多部门合作,提高依从性,是工作的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate Children’s health of the area preschools,proposing preventive measures to tackle the problems.Method:Establish Children medical team to complete checks according to the standard required and analyze the data of medical.Results:The average age is(5.0±1.1)years,height(106.1±8.3)cm,weight(18.3±4.5)kg.The differences in obesity rates is significant,but the prevalence in low weight,stunting and thin are undifferentiated,both the boys and girls.The prevalence of the children in age group 0~2,3~5,6 is significant.The rate of anemia is 11.4%,dental caries is 62.2%,boys phimosis is 23.8%.Conclusion:Having a targeted systems management with multi-sectoral cooperation is the key to the work,can improve the health education and the compliance.更多还原
