【摘要】 目的:观察含胃铋镁的四联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的疗效。方法:80例经胃镜检查确诊为慢性胃炎且合并Hp感染的患者,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。治疗组2次/日,每次服埃索美拉唑20mg/次、克拉霉索500mg/次、阿莫西林1000mg/次;胃铋镁3.0g,3次/日,疗程14天。对照组2次/日,每次服埃索美拉唑20mg/次、克拉霉索500mg/次、阿莫西林1000mg/次,疗程14天。治疗结束后停上述药物30天,30天后做14C呼气试验复查Hp,同时记录和分析出现的不良反应。统计学处理采用χ2检验。结果:治疗组Hp根除率89.4%,对照组74.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为5.13%和6.98%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均未见严重不良反应。结论:含胃铋镁的四联疗法根除Hp的疗效明显高于标准三联。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the stomach bismuth-containing quadruple therapy to eradicate HP magnesium efficacy. Methods:80 cases diagnosed by endoscopy and chronic gastritis combined HP-infected patients,40 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group of 40 patients.Treatment group 2 times/day,esomeprazole 20mg/times,clarithromycin cable 500mg/times,amoxicillin 1000mg/times;stomach bismuth magnesium 3.0g, 3 times/day,course of 14 days.Control group 2 times/day,each serving esomeprazole 20mg/times,clarithromycin cable 500mg/times,amoxicillin 1000mg/times,treatment for 14 days.After treatment stopped the drugs for 30 days,30 days to do C14 breath test review HP.While recording and analysis of adverse reactions appear.Statistical analysis using theχ2test.Results:The HP eradication rate of 89.4%,74.4% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse treatment group and control group reaction rates were 5.13% and 6.98%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the two groups were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Gastric bismuth-containing quadruple therapy to eradicate the efficacy of magnesium HP significantly higher than standard triple.更多还原
