【摘要】 目的:探讨肺部肿块在CT引导下穿刺活检的临床价值。方法:在CT引导下对236例肺部肿块患者行肺部穿刺活检术,所有活检组织均进行病理学检查,将所有影像学资料与病理学资料做对比分析。结果:236例肺部肿块穿刺成功率达100%,病理学证实肺癌共198例,炎性假瘤25例,结核6例,矽肺结节2例,5例坏死组织;穿刺活检对肺结节的定性明显优于影像学诊断。结论:CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术是一种安全、微创、快捷的检查方法,对肺部肿块的定性诊断率较高,有极高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Lung tumor puncture biopsy under CT guidance.Methods:236 patients with pulmonary masses underwent lung biopsy under CT guidance,all biopsies were carried out pathological examination,all imaging data and pathologic data comparative analysis.Results:The puncture success rate of 236 cases of pulmonary tumor was 100%,pathological confirmed lung cancer were 198 cases,25 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor,6 cases of tuberculosis,2 cases of silicosis nodules,5 cases of necrotic tissue biopsy.In the qualitative analysis of pulmonary nodules,biopsy was better than images diagnosis.Conclusion:CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy is a safe,minimally invasive,quick test,has diagnosis rate high in the qualitative of lung mass,has the extremely high value in clinical application.更多还原
