【摘要】 目的:探讨理中汤合痛泻要方加减治疗胆囊切除术后腹泻的临床疗效。方法:收治胆囊切除手术后出现腹泻患者78例,随机均分为观察组与对照组,各39例。对照组给予思密达治疗;观察组实施理中汤合痛泻要方加减疗法,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,组间差异具有显著性(P<0.05),两组均无病例出现不良反应。结论:采用理中汤合痛泻要方加减治疗胆囊切除术后腹泻效果理想,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Lizhong Decoction and Tongxieyaofang treatment of diarrhea after resection of gallbladder.Methods:From 2011 February to 2013 February,78 cases of diarrhea after cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each.The control group was given Smecta treatment;the observation group received Lizhong Decoction and Tongxieyaofang Decoction therapy,compared two groups of treatment effect. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences between groups was significant(P<0.05),no cases of adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion:The use of Lizhong decoction combined Tongxieyao ideal effect of decoction for treating diarrhea after cholecystectomy high security,is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
