复合无机盐催化合成己二酸二正辛酯
Synthesis of Dioctyl Adipate Catalyzed by Compound Inorganic Salts
【摘要】 经复合得到Fe2(SO4)3-K2SO4催化剂,并由己二酸和正辛醇为原料合成己二酸二正辛酯,研究了酯化反应的影响因素.结果表明,该催化剂对酯化反应具有良好的催化活性.合成己二酸二正辛酯的最佳条件是:己二酸的物质的量为0.05 mol,醇酸物质的量比为2.2∶1,催化剂用量为1.1 g,反应温度为85~100℃,带水剂环己烷为10 mL,回流分水约1.5 h,此时酯化率可达92.2%.
【Abstract】 Dibutyl adipate was synthesized from adipic acid and n-capryl alcohol with ferric and potassium sulfate as catalyst. The factors influencing the esterification were studied. The result indicated that the catalyst had an excellent catalytic activity to the esterification reaction. The optimized conditions are: n( adipic acid) =0. 05mol,n( n-capryl alcohol) : n( adipic acid) = 2. 2∶ 1( the molar ration),the amount of catalyst = 1. 1 g,the catalyst for the reaction temperature 85-100 ℃,10 mL of hexane and the reaction time 1. 5 hour. The efficiency of this esterification reaction is 92. 2%.
