In this research, we demonstrated the feasibility of ovarian cancer patients in clinical individualized chemotherapy using ATP-tumor chemosensitivity assay(ATP-TCA) in vitro. We examined the heterogeneity of chemosensitivity in ovarian cancer specimens(n=88) using an ex vivo ATP-TCA.
