【摘要】 目的回顾我院药物相关基因检测工作开展情况。方法从实验室建立、检测项目和临床应用情况等方面进行阐述。结果我院已开展了30种药物相关基因检测,涉及吉非替尼、伊立替康、氯吡格雷等20余种药物,覆盖医院10余个科室。药物相关基因检测在促进个体化用药方面发挥了积极作用。结论进行药物相关基因检测是临床治疗发展的趋势,医院药师有必要深入开展相关工作,以确保用药安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To review the practice of drug related genetic tests in our hospital.Methods Related work including laboratory setup,detection items and clinical use,etc was introduced.Results Our hospital performed 30-type genes tests including 20 drugs such as gefitinib,irinotecan,clopidogrel,etc,and covered over ten clinical divisions.Pharmacogenetic tests in our hospital played an active role in personalized medicine.Conclusion It has become a global trend to apply pharmacogenetic discoveries to patient care.Additional work is required for hospital pharmacists to promote the safe and effective use of medications.更多还原
