【摘要】 目的研制复方硒口服液的处方和制备工艺,建立质量标准。方法配制复方硒口服液,采用氢化物原子荧光法测定复方硒口服液的含硒量。结果复方硒口服液质量稳定,硒质量浓度在10.0~120.0μg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,(r=0.999 7,n=5),平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.42%(n=5)。结论复方硒口服液组方合理,制备工艺简便可行,含量测定方法特异性强,质量可控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To prepare Compound Polysaccharide Selenate Solution,and establish its quality control method.Methods The content of selenium in Compound Polysaccharide Selenate Solution was measured by fluorescence spectrophotometry.Results The quality of Compound Polysaccharide Selenate Solution was stable.Selenium concentration in the range of 10.0-120.0μg·L-1 showed good linerity(r=0.999 7,n=5).The average recovery rate was 100.5%,RSD=1.4%(n=5).Conclusion Compound Polysaccharide Selenate Solution was designed reasonably.This method is simple and feasible.The method of content determinination is accurate,and can be used for the quality control.更多还原
