【摘要】 目的建立化瘀散结片药品质量标准。方法采用TLC法对化瘀散结片中水蛭、三棱、山楂药材进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法对山楂药材有效成分枸橼酸进行定量分析。结果在薄层色谱中均能检出水蛭、三棱、山楂药材相应的主斑点;枸橼酸进样量在1.997~31.950μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均加样回收率为98.0%,RSD为1.5%(n=6)。结论所建立的药品质量标准可用于化瘀散结片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality standard for Huayu Sanjie Tablets.Methods Whitmania pigra whitman,Sparganii Rhizoma,and Fructus Crataegi in Huayu Sanjie Tablets were identified by TLC.Citric acid,as the effective ingredient of Fructus Crataegi,was quantitatively analyzed by HPLC.Results Whitmania pigra whitman,Sparganii Rhizoma,and Fructus Crataegi could be identified by TLC;The linear range of citric acid was within 1.997-31.950μg.The average recovery of assay was 98.0%, RSD=1.5%(n=6).Conclusion The quality standard could be used for the quality control of Huayu Sanjie Tablets.更多还原
