【摘要】 目的了解黑龙江省暗娼人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒流行趋势,为相关防控工作提供依据。方法2010-2012年4-7月间,在黑龙江省19个国家级暗娼监测点以重复横断面调查方法,对娱乐场所暗娼人群进行问卷调查并采集静脉血检测HIV、梅毒抗体。结果 3年间共监测样本22 753例,监测对象HIV抗体阳性检出率(中位数)均为0;梅毒抗体阳性检出率(中位数)分别为:1.5%、1.23%、1.5%,各年低档场所暗娼的梅毒检出率分别为3.45%、4.58%、4.97%,高于高档场所的2.43%、1.76%、2.07%,且安全套持续使用率较低,3年分别为42.9%、76.1%、59.5%。各年≥30岁年龄组暗娼的梅毒检出率(2.83%、3.39%、2.95%)高于<30岁年龄组(1.60%、1.75%、2.05%),2010、2011年≥30岁年龄组暗娼安全套持续使用率(46.8%、67.6%)低于<30岁的(54.1%、72.4%),各年差异有统计学意义。结论低档场所≥30岁年龄组暗娼人群,是黑龙江省暗娼人群干预重点。应进一步探寻高年龄组和低档场所暗娼人群安全套使用率低及梅毒检出率高的原因,探索针对该人群的更为合理的干预模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand HIV/AIDS epidemic and syphilis prevalence among female sex workers in Heilongjiang province,and to provide the basis for HIV control and prevention.Methods During the year of 2010to 2012,repeated cross-sectional surveys were conducted among female sex workers in entertainment places,and the venous blood specimen was collected for testing of HIV and syphilis antibodies.Results From 2010to 2012,22753questionnaires were completed,and the median of HIV prevalence was 0.The median of syphilis prevalence was1.5%,1.23% and 1.5%,respectively.From 2010to 2012,syphilis prevalence in low-grade venues(3.45%,4.58%and 4.97%)was higher than that in high-grade venues(2.43%,1.76%and 2.07%)and the rate of condom use in low-grade venues was low(42.9%,76.1% and 59.5%,respectively).Syphilis prevalence in female sex workers of 30years old or above(2.83%,3.39% and 2.95%)was higher than that under 30years old(1.60%,1.75%,2.05%).In 2010and 2011,rate of persistence use of condom in female sex workers of 30years old or above(46.8%,67.6%)was lower than that under 30years old(54.1% and 72.4%)with statically significant differences.Conclusions Female sex worker of 30years old or above in low grade venues should be intervened intensively in Heilongjiang province.The reason should be explored why rate of HIV awareness among female sex worker above 30is high,low rate of persistence use of condom and high rate of syphilis infection in low-grade venues.Appropriate intervention model should also be explored.更多还原
