掺铜纳米TiO2材料的制备及光催化性能

【摘要】 以钛酸丁酯、硝酸铜为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺铜纳米TiO2材料,通过XRD对样品结构进行表征.用卤钨灯作为光源、甲基橙溶液作为光催化反应污染物,考察了Cu掺杂量和焙烧温度对样品光催化性能的影响,并进一步研究了甲基橙溶液pH值、催化剂用量、反应时间等影响光催化降解效果的重要因素.结果表明,TiO2样品中Cu的掺杂量为5%,焙烧温度为500℃,甲基橙溶液pH值为5,催化剂用量为1.0g/L,光催化反应2.5h时,甲基橙的降解率达到63%.

【Abstract】 Cu-doped nanometer TiO2materials were prepared with tetrabutyl titanate and cupric nitrate as raw materials by sol-gel method.The structures of the Cu-doped nanometer TiO2 materials were characterized by XRD.Using halogen tungsten lamp as illumination device,and methyl orange(MO)solution as stimulant pollutant,the doping amount of Cu and calcination temperature were investigated on photocatalytic properties of the photocatalyst. And the several important factors affecting photocatalytic degradation,including pH value of MO solution,catalyst dosage and reaction time,were studied further.The results show that the decolorization rate of MO can reach 63%in 2.5h,when the content of Cu is 5%,calcination temperature is 500℃,the amount of catalyst is 1.0g/L and pH value of MO solution is 5.
